How to read a result

What a certificate covers

  • Lot & access code — The identifiers printed on the vial label and packing slip.
  • Report ID — Our internal identifier for the submission, unique to that sample.
  • Purity — The purity figure measured by RP-HPLC.
  • Identity — Whether the mass-spec result was consistent with the stated compound.
  • Status — Only certificates marked released appear in this registry.

Scope

What it does not cover

  • One sample, one certificate — A result speaks to the sample we received and analyzed, not to any other lot or shipment.
  • Not a safety clearance — These are analytical measurements for laboratory research materials, not a fitness determination for any other use.
  • Absence is not a verdict — A lot that returns no result may simply never have been submitted to us, or may still be in analysis.
Holding a lot number that returns nothing here? Email lab@northlineanalytical.com and we will tell you whether that sample came through this lab.
