Process

From intake to certificate

  • 3 · Analysis — Panels run to the methods you requested.
  • 4 · Release — Certificate emailed and posted to COA Lookup.

Common questions

  • How much material do you need?

It depends on the panel. Endotoxin requires an additional vial beyond the purity and identity work. We confirm the exact quantity on your quote before you ship.

  • Can you rush a result?

Rush is available when capacity allows. Ask when you request your quote — we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.

  • Do results have to be public?

Released certificates are posted to the COA Lookup registry by default. Tell us at intake if that does not work for your submission.

  • Where do I ship?

The shipping address is issued with your quote, so that inbound samples are expected and can be accessioned the day they land.
